Background

Healthcare is confusing - Perx makes it simple. Perx partners with providers and gives customers one app to access all plan specifics, payment details, and medical documents.

Problem

After partnering with a new provider, Perx needs to onboard all of the providers' patients. Many patients never downloaded Perx's app, dropping off from the 3-step flow from email invite, landing page, enrollment page, and app download.

Solution

A UI overhaul to cut onboarding screens in half by adding an enrollment popup with an app download QR code on desktop and AppStore deeplink on mobile.

Special Interactions

Developed a Webflow pop up with QR code activation on desktop and a deep link to the App Store on mobile. One page activation helps Perx Health enroll as many new patients from health care providers as possible.
