Background

Tangelo is the first enablement automation platform that reduces your team’s manual work and gives you instant visibility. At its core, Tangelo is a data wrangler, pulling from endless sources to automate onboarding.

Problem

Thousands of onboarding tasks and employee information is anything but seamless. Tangelo had a 3 layer dashboard with hundreds of columns and complex filters. Tangelo needed a seamless experience.

Solution

Complete UX overhaul, modernized UI revamp, carefully annotated engineering companies, and overall design update to take Tangelo's dashboard experience from 1 to 100.

Employee Dashboard

Tangelo opens to any company's core -- employees. The employee dashboard had 4 overlays (column, employee profile, employee tasks, and employee task editor), all crammed into one page. Design language was inconsistent and UX was compact and disorienting. Tangelo needed consistencies across search actions, displaying employee data, and editing tasks, without changing the layout significantly. The design challenge was to keep all info while improving UX and ensuring UI was seamless.
