Background

Paxafe contextualizes supply chain insights to reduce product loss, quantifies risk, and optimizes shipping routes to extend product life and maximize revenue for the industrial leaders of America.

Problem

Athena, Paxafe's AI supply chain management feature, needed a high-converting, robust, but clear product demo for conferences, sales calls, and engaging with potential enterprises.

Solution

End-to-end product research, design, and sales-ready copy to design 3 showroom experiences with intuitive onboarding designed to close deals. Optimized designs to be React ready for quick development.

1) Role Selection

The Paxafe team needed to revamp Athena before an annual supply chain conference. I worked on the showroom product demo, which set the foundation for the new UI. Athena's demo needed to appeal to a variety of potential customers in a sea of conference booths.

Redesigned to maximize demo engagement by implementing a bold color theme, clear persona buttons, and value-prop first design.

2) Lane Selection

Embedded lane selection with tabbed buttons showing risk-level at a glance.

3) Lane Risk Investigation

Clicking into a lane displays a risk overview that highlights the leading causes of delays and product damage, and therefore, revenue loss. Users can ask for high and medium risk locations, allowing Athena to analyze specific transit segments and suggest corrective actions.
